You can request the deletion of your data at any time.

This page explains what data we store, why we store it, and how you can request deletion.

Why We Store Your Data


To protect your progress and digital goods, WordGallery uses your email address as your unique user ID.

This allows you to:

  • Restore your progress if you change or reset your device

  • Sync your progress across multiple devices

  • Keep digital items you earned or purchased (e.g., gold, bonuses)

  • Prevent loss of purchases made through the App Store or Google Play

Anonymous users cannot sync progress across devices.

Therefore, if you register with an email address, we store your data securely for these features to work.

What Data Will Be Deleted?


When you request data deletion, the following information associated with your account will be permanently removed:

  • Your registered user information (email, display name)

  • Your game progress (levels, achievements, scores)

  • Your digital assets (earned or purchased gold, bonuses, rewards)

  • Any gameplay history linked to your account


Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion by sending an email to:

  • The email address associated with your WordGallery account

  • A simple statement like: "I request deletion of my WordGallery account and all associated data."

Processing Time


Data deletion requests are processed within five (5) business days.

Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
