By downloading, installing, accessing, or using WordGallery, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

- The WordGallery mobile application

- Cloud synchronization
- Digital content
- Software updates
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Gameplay
WordGallery is designed for entertainment purposes.
Game content, puzzles, rewards, progression systems, scoring methods, achievements, daily challenges, and other gameplay mechanics may change over time.
The Company reserves the right to balance or modify gameplay whenever necessary.
5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The Service offers optional:
- Premium subscriptions
- Virtual currency (Gold)
- Promotional offers
Purchases are processed exclusively through:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play
RevenueCat is used solely to manage subscription status across supported devices.
Important:
- Virtual items have no real-world monetary value.
- Purchases are non-transferable.
- Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple or Google under their respective policies.
- Subscription prices may change in accordance with App Store or Google Play policies.
- Subscription benefits may evolve as the Service develops.
6. Advertisements
WordGallery may display:
- Banner advertisements
- Interstitial advertisements
- Rewarded advertisements
On Apple devices, personalized advertising is subject to the user's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.
Rewarded advertisements are optional and may grant in-game rewards when successfully completed.
Advertisement availability, frequency, and reward eligibility are not guaranteed.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Cheat or exploit bugs
- Use bots, automation tools, or unauthorized software
- Reverse engineer or modify the Application
- Circumvent security mechanisms
- Abuse purchases or refund systems
- Upload malicious software
- Interfere with servers or network infrastructure
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

Some artwork, metadata, and media references displayed within WordGallery are provided by third-party content providers under their respective licenses.

Unless otherwise stated, all rights related to the Service—including but not limited to:
- Software
- Source code
- Game design
- Artwork
- Logos
- Trademarks
- User interface
- Text
- Databases

are owned by CodeRiver Information Technologies Limited or licensed to the Company.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service without prior written permission.
12. Updates and Maintenance
We may release updates that:
- Fix bugs
- Improve security
- Improve performance
- Introduce new features
- Modify advertisements
- Modify subscriptions
- Modify gameplay
Some updates may be required for continued access to certain features.
13. Account Suspension and Termination

- loss resulting from third-party services.
