2. Music Metadata and Album Artwork

WordGallery uses music-related metadata supplied through MusicBrainz, an open music encyclopedia maintained by the MetaBrainz Foundation.

Album artwork may be retrieved through the Cover Art Archive, a joint project of MusicBrainz and the Internet Archive.

MusicBrainz makes its metadata available under open data licences. Album artwork made available through the Cover Art Archive remains copyrighted by its respective rights holders.

3. Movie Metadata and Posters

WordGallery uses movie metadata and poster images supplied through The Movie Database (TMDB).

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

TMDB requires applications using its API to display this notice and identify TMDB as the source of the relevant data.

All movie titles, trademarks, posters, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective rights holders.

4. Music and Audio Assets

Some background music and audio assets used in WordGallery are sourced from Pixabay under the applicable Pixabay Content License.

Pixabay content may generally be used in commercial projects without mandatory attribution, subject to the applicable licence terms and any additional third-party rights attached to individual content.

The currently used track list may change as WordGallery is updated. Where appropriate, individual track and contributor information may also be displayed within the Application.

5. Icons, Illustrations, and Application Assets

Unless otherwise stated:

WordGallery interface designs and original application assets are owned by CodeRiver Information Technologies Limited.
Some interface icons are derived from open-source icon libraries.
Some illustrations or design assets were created with assistance from software development and generative AI tools.
Use of such tools does not imply endorsement of WordGallery by the respective service providers.

6. Open-Source Software

WordGallery is built using React Native and various open-source libraries and software development kits.

These components remain subject to their respective copyright notices and licence terms.
