This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User", "You") and CodeRiver Information Technologies Limited ("Company", "We", "Us") governing your use of the mobile application WordGallery ("Application", "App") and all associated features, data, and content.


By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.

1. License Grant


We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to:

  • Download and install the Application on a permitted device

  • Use the Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes


You acknowledge that:

  • The Application is licensed, not sold

  • All rights not expressly granted remain with the Company

2. License Restrictions


You agree NOT to:

  1. Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App

  2. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App

  3. Circumvent security or digital rights management mechanisms

  4. Use cheats, automation tools, bots, exploits, or hacks

  5. Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or commercialize the App

  6. Remove or obscure copyright notices or proprietary labels

  7. Use the App in violation of applicable local or international laws


Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your license.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property


All content within the App—including but not limited to:

  • Text, images, icons

  • Music, sound effects

  • Puzzles, game data

  • Software code and scripts

  • User interface elements

  • Databases and algorithms


…remains the exclusive property of CodeRiver Information Technologies Limited.


This Agreement grants no ownership rights.

4. User Accounts & Authentication


Certain features require account creation using:

  • Email registration

  • Google Sign-In

  • Apple Sign-In

  • Facebook or other social login


You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.


We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or our policies.

5. Virtual Items & In-App Purchases


The App may offer:

  • Virtual currency (e.g., gold)

  • Consumables (hints, clues, power-ups)

  • Subscriptions (e.g., ad-free, premium features)


You agree and acknowledge that:

  • Virtual items have no real-world monetary value

  • Purchases are final and processed by App Store/Google Play

  • Refunds follow store-specific policies


We may modify or discontinue virtual items at any time.

6. Advertisements


The Application may display:

  • Banner ads

  • Interstitial (full-screen) ads

  • Rewarded video ads


Rewarded ads may grant in-game virtual currency or features.


Ad availability is not guaranteed, and the Company is not responsible for:

  • Third-party ad content

  • Frequency or quality of ads

  • Unavailable or unfilled ad inventory

7. Content Provided by the User


If you post, upload, or share content (e.g., leaderboard names), you grant us:

  • A worldwide

  • Royalty-free

  • Non-exclusive

  • License to use, display, and process that content within the Service


You are solely responsible for user-provided content.

8. Updates & Modifications


We may provide updates, patches, or improvements that:

  • Add new features

  • Fix bugs

  • Modify game balance

  • Remove or change certain elements


You must install updates to continue accessing the full functionality of the App.


We may discontinue support for older devices or OS versions.

9. Data Collection & Privacy


Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at:

  • What data we collect

  • Why and how we collect it

  • How long it is retained

  • How to request deletion

10. Termination


This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.


We may terminate your access if you:

  • Breach any terms

  • Use the App fraudulently

  • Manipulate or exploit gameplay

  • Attempt to circumvent security systems


You may terminate your agreement by deleting the App and, if desired, requesting data deletion.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties


The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.


We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Availability or uninterrupted functionality

  • Accuracy or completeness of content

  • Non-infringement

  • Fitness for a particular purpose


Use of the App is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for data loss

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any)

13. Governing Law


This Agreement is governed by the laws of Bulgaria, where CodeRiver Information Technologies Limited is incorporated.


Any disputes shall be resolved under Bulgarian jurisdiction.

14. Changes to this Agreement


We may update this Agreement periodically.

Changes are effective when posted within the App or on our website.


Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
